The tariff review is informed by the company’s operational requirements, service improvement plans, and audited financial performance for the year ended June 2025. Public participation is a key component of the review process, providing customers and stakeholders with an opportunity to understand the proposed adjustments, ask questions, and provide feedback that will contribute to sustainable and efficient water and sanitation service delivery.
